Salary: up to £25,462 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join the Regent's College Information Technology Services (ITS) team. You will be providing both 1st and 2nd line technical support to all users of Regent's College Information Systems. This includes administering user accounts and associated metadata through Microsoft Active Directory. You will be installing, configuring hardware and software, and implementing systems and services applying good practice within IT Services.

You will have a proven track record of IT Support and have strong analytical, decision-making and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE ‘A' Level or equivalent Microsoft Certified Professional with excellent understanding of the Microsoft Server environment. A degree or equivalent in a computing-related subject, Microsoft Certified System Administrator is desirable.
