In my opinion Linked in is fast becoming an alternative to job boards, not sure how much schools have embraced it as a recruitment tool as yet but as a recruiter its often becoming my first port of call if I want to research companies, connect with otherwise unreachable or "dormant" candidates and have just put my first paid advert out

any experiences, apparently its now got well over 50% of "professional" workers in the UK signed up

of course my profile can be found on the ESP website ;-)

Here's a bunch I look at when I'm feeling peeved at work, they tend to get the message

Gumtree is a bit ropey, but there is usually some good stuff on there.

    jobsite.co.uk
    jobisjob.co.uk
    reed.co.uk
    cv-library.co.uk
    ukjobsnet.co.uk
    gumtree.com
    earn.co.uk
