In my opinion Linked in is fast becoming an alternative to job boards, not sure how much schools have embraced it as a recruitment tool as yet but as a recruiter its often becoming my first port of call if I want to research companies, connect with otherwise unreachable or "dormant" candidates and have just put my first paid advert out

any experiences, apparently its now got well over 50% of "professional" workers in the UK signed up

of course my profile can be found on the ESP website ;-)
