Firstly @AXE , it is so good to hear from you. You were in a very bad place and we were all very worried for you.
I am glad that you have had 18 months of respite. The wolves are still at the door, but 18 months of solid work make a huge difference to your profile with the banks.

I know you are very happy where you are but is it time to look around locally? You certainly have the recent experience now and it looks like you would get a great reference too?

As the EduMums have said you've now got a wealth of experience, so if things go really dire, you could consider a move to somewhere closer.
Maybe it's time to start casting a look for what's available, with a view to a change some time over the next 6 months depending on what's available and how things turn out for you.
Worth getting in touch with @Will_Townsend or @jhazell , they have a lot of jobs coming over their desks.
