    Desktop Support Specialist interview at Uni

    Any pointers?

    They use Banner database for student stuff any info? It kind of SIMS/CMIS for a uni and runs on Oracle.

    A job getting closer to the real world!!

    I'm afraid I don't know Banner but good look with the interview.

    Not sure you'll find it that much closer to the real world; I work in IT support at a uni (Imperial College) and it's not that close to reality :-)
