ICT Technician

Scale: Band F (points 22 – 25)
37 hours per week – Term Time + 6 weeks
£19,370 - £21,244

Brief Description
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic ICT Technician to join our existing team of highly motivated technicians, in providing first class support for all ICT hardware, software and systems across a variety of platforms and operating systems within the school. The school is a large comprehensive (1,667 on roll) and this is an exciting and developing role. Applications are encouraged from candidates from a variety of backgrounds, educational, industrial or graduate.

You will:
- Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Have relevant qualifications and/or experience
- Be willing to undertake further training as necessary
- Have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Contribute to ensuring optimum ICT capability is maintained at all time to support students in reaching their full potential
- Have an understanding of and desire to minimise the impact of ICT failures
