We have an Education Consultancy that requires an MIS Analyst to work with its Schools, supporting and developing the use of SIMS throughout London. We are looking for someone with experience of supporting one or more of the following SIMS Modules; Assessment, Attendance, Examinations, Managing Pupil Data, Registration & Admissions etc. You will play a key role in:

o SIMS 2nd line helpdesk support (1st line when required)
o Resolving SIMS 2nd line support calls where possible
o Updating calls on the helpdesk
o Closing SIMS 2nd line support calls on the helpdesk
o Reporting on closed SIMS 2nd line support calls to schools
o Escalating SIMS 2nd line support calls to IMS providers (Capita, RM)
o Supporting SIMS Support Technicians
o Supporting and mentoring SIMS Support Technicians
o Checking procedures are being followed


This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience of supporting SIMS on either a technical or user level. Experience of administering RM CC3 would be a distinct advantage.

Salary: 25,000 - 32,000 depending on experience Location: London, Surrey
