Assistant Network Manager
Hi all, i'm in the process of approaching the boss for an job review - i feel im doing more of an Assistant Network Manager role. considering the Network Manager is the Business Manager - i think i'm doing more than the role of a Senior Technician
has anyone got any job descriptions they can send over for me to look at/hit him with?

Best advice would be for you to list what you're doing and for how many users/devices etc and what involvement the other staff in your team/any have?

I agree, it doesn't matter at all what the title is because the title doesn't affect the role, responsibility or the grade
