    Short term, nothing but stress and low pay to boot.
    Job will only last as long as the BSF project, long term prospects pretty poor.

    But someone may like the project management element of it and it may give them something to put on their CV.

    It's pretty common for a Project Manager to be short term, but then there is normally not a shortage of projects for an experienced Project Manager to take on.

    They are looking for a PM with at least 3 years experience of IT projects so I doubt this would improve your CV much if you already had that.
