We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated
ICT Assistant Technician. the post involves assisting in the efficient maintenance of the school's large RM CC3/administration network and a wide range of associated technologies. You will work as part of the IT Team and duties will include rebuilding PCs, staffing the helpdesk, stock keeping, techical troubleshooting and consumable management.
The succesful candidate will also be expected to:
- Work as part of a team but be able also to work on own initiative
- Be able to communicate on a regular basis with both staff and students whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude in the face of numerous interruptions and demands
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
Knowledge of web development/programming skills (MS/MySQL, ASP, PHP, Java, Visual Basic) would be an advantage.
