Network Manager on the Isle of Wight up to £25.9k

We (DataSwift) have worked closely with Christ the King College in setting up their new network - it's a good place to work. If anyone wants any technical details about their systems, let me know. Otherwise, here's a copy of their job advert:

Christ the King College, Wellington Road, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5QT
    Tel: 537070

    Scale S01 £24,331 to £25,940 per annum

Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks a year

    Required for January 2009

Christ the King College is an amalgamation of two highly successful schools of approximately 740 students with a current age range of 9-13. In September 2009, the College will expand to include 200 Year 9 students and it is planned thereafter to expand year on year, to full secondary age range. This will provide exceptional career opportunities for staff and is a unique opportunity for you to help us shape the future of the Islandís first Christian High School.

We would like to appoint well qualified and enthusiastic colleagues to join us, who are able to make an outstanding contribution to the continuing development of our College. Experience within the secondary school sector would be highly advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the College at this exciting time for a person with the enthusiasm to embrace change, the desire to further their career and wishing to work in sympathy with the ethos and aims of the new College. Our students are talented, a joy to teach and standards of performance and expectations are very high. We have an outstanding vision for these young people - can you help us turn this vision into reality?

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment.

Information about the positions and an application pack can be obtained from Kathrin Williams, Business Manager, at the above address or via email at kathrin.williams@christ-the-king-iow.sch.uk. If you would like to discuss these exciting opportunities in more detail, please contact the College on 537070. Telephone our 24 hour job line on 823134 or email callcentre@iow.gov.uk if you need further information about applying. Completed applications to be returned to the school.
