Bit of a long shot maybe but one of my west yorkshire council clients requires someone with strong MIS skills particularly Access and Crystal but also Excel to assist their research/development team with access work whilst they move from an Oracle based system to Capita's One product. Of course knowledge of the education or social services sector will be advantageous as the work will be in both these areas but not essential.

Pay around £150 for paye or £170 for ltd company contractors and the initial term of the contract is 6 months.
