My client is aiming to recruit someone with a good working knowledge of CRM 3 & 4 (or known as MS Dynamics) who can provide user and system support. It is essential they have at least 6 months experience of being in a support role using CRM. This person needs to hit the ground running here. They will be working with employees to support them when using CRM, trouble shooting, installation, permissions, security set up etc.
It's most likely this person will have had a solid IT System background, but it is essential they have excellent working knowledge of CRM 3 & 4. They will be working closely with the senior systems analysis (line manager) and the marketing manager/CRM data content analysis as well as developers & IT support.
