Senior ICT Technician/Network Manager
Independent Education Establishment requires a Senior ICT technician to help run small windows network and move the school forward in several key areas. The network consists of two domains, Windows 2003 server, XP desktop, Laptops, Mimio projector/whiteboards, PASS (WCBS), SQL server, Wireless, dlink switches and the usual support and maintenance of this is required.
The school are looking to implement proper disaster recovery, backups, VLE and Intranet, E-communications, re-installs of anti-virus and firewall, re-wiring, documentation, vpn access, install Exchange, staff training and assistance in the classroom if required and manage third party supplier, budgets etc
Benefits include free lunches, excellent pension, possible flexi-time and 6 weeks holiday
Special Agent is acting as exclusive employment agency in regards to this role and interviews are likely to be held within the week for the right candidates
Based in nr Woodford, Essex close to central line station £20-25K full time (although part time may be considered for the right person)
