Through a period of continued expansion they are looking for two Customer Support Analysts / Helpdesk Support Analysts to join their Support team and provide 1st and 2nd Line support to their customers using either SQL, Unix or Oracle knowledge. As a crucial part of the Support team you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line support to a variety of customers covering a variety of software issues. This will include logging all customer issues via e-mail and telephone, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved effectively within SLAs and providing excellent communication to customers to keep them fully informed at all times.

This role requires you be able to answer calls professionally and promptly within a support environment, the ability to work to SLAs and deadlines, provide a high level of customer service, work well on your own or in a team and have a calm attitude to dealing with issues. The successful individuals will have a great deal of enthusiasm, drive and have prior experience of providing customer support in a helpdesk, business solutions support, software or call centre environment and want to progress their career in the field of IT and software.
