Technical Support Officer
Scale 4 point 18 – 21 £16,536 - £18,403
37 hours per week full time

Shireland is an LEA independent Academy with a network of 800 computers and 15 servers. You will join a team of six IT support staff who provide technical support to the Academy and 4 primary schools.

You will need experience of repairing hardware and installing OS, with an understanding of active directory, LAN, WAN and client server architecture.

The successful candidate will receive professional training from leading companies e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Cisco and Comptia.

You will need to be self motivated with good organisational skills and a flexible approach to team working.

This post would be suitable for job share and the Trust actively encourages this approach.

who ever gets this job... has a good future i say.. very good.

we currently using them for our VLE and email..

They recently upgraded all there systems and have updated there VLE and Email and much more stuff..

Hence why there looking for yet another Tech
