    While looking for work I spotted this job. Might be of interest to someone.

    ICT Technician - Central Foundation Girls' School
    East London.

    The ad says:

    Contract: Permanent
    Hours: Full Time
    Salary: SCALE

    there are an awful lot of people with 2:1's, and many of them don't have the wherewithall to improve there salary considerably after a year or two of employment (that's if they get meaningful employment after graduation)...

    It's not the automatic passport to fortune i'm sure it once was.

    Thats the job i started back in July last year... but left to go back to my old job in december. It's gone up a Grand since i left tho.. but still less than i'm on now.

    I have no "degrees".. but they still accepted me.. I have a BTec in ICT Systems Practitioner, A+, and 4yr Experience in another school.
