Hi guys and gals

I have just recently left college and am looking to go into ICT SUPPORT/TECHNICAN. i dont really have any where to start though. i have passed my college course which was a BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA FOR ICT PRACTICIONERS. i am looking for advice on where to go next ! id quite enjoy the call out side of it like people phoning me to come look at their computers.

Looks like the kind of job mentioned in that BBC article is the kind of thing you're looking for. Probably worth contacting Tech Guys / The Geek Squad / etc and seeing if they're hiring (I get the impression they're looking to expand). If you're thinking of further education then there's several qualifications mentioned in that article.
