Hi,
Is this full time? if so then for kent i think the salary is a bit silly, i would have expected more from the i.e. start at around £26-27k.
They can't expect to get good highly skilled people for the money they are offering, for this area.
Sorry just had to get that one in there.

You have no chance getting someone for that pay grade if they are term time... i mean 22k pro rata... and as you say in kent...

Yes its full term and the usual holiday entitlement. This school has 300+ pupils.
