Russell

All these people wanting to work for you...
Russ
its funny you should say that but we may open a yorkshire based office, but probably not for a good year though
I have worked for special agent since day one and although its not all a bed of roses I have a career which is well paid, sometimes quite flexible in its work patterns *(was here until 7.30pm last night and back by 8am this morning, but its not always like that
) I get to meet some fascinating people from your secondary school technician to heads of major Plc's, attend exhibitions like bett and often visit interesting parts of the country. I am currently investigating recruitment needs in international schools for instance which I am hoping to take a lead on
Of course recruitment is not as easy as it may seem from outside, its like sales but instead of selling a box which has a spec and acts the same as other boxes (more or less) every candidate is different so many more problems and issues can surface. Once you have that sorted in your mind and have put enough procedures and checks in place to prevent the impossible from happening you can expect to achieve good results, happy candidates, happy clients and a happy Chairman!
If you wanna talk it through with me, no pressure, then give me a call on 08701 612 007 and happy easter break
if a Job pops up for a trainee I.T Tech in yorkshire let me know thankyou.
If only you were in Birmingham ... or the West Midlands!
