Job role changed but overtime rate not effected

Over-what now, is that the thing where you exchanged extra hours work for more time off?! Wow I never knew there was another way, wish it worked that way in my palace, but sadly not, its time off in leiu, not that exists either really. Can't fit all the holidays in either.

I asked nicely for 2 extra hours to be added to my contract per day, considering i'm on a TA's wage I thought they would bite but to no avail. Now all I have is a list of my priorities and no motivation.
