I would have to swap the 3 minute commute and 3 day working week, and 10 weeks holiday for a 2 hour commute (per day) and never seeing my family and 4 weeks leave. Still its lots of dosh.

Does anyone know if this pay grade is relative to Dorset? I am over the border in Somerset and our pay is a LOT less.
