For Information - What are your pay scales?

    Hi everyone,

It's coming around to the time when I have to apply for a pay rise. I've not had one in three years so I would really like to be able to submit evidence of what other Network Managers and Technicians are earning.

I'm based in Norfolk and would ideally like some feedback from this area (Plexer ), but any information from other counties would be great.

What I'm after, if possible, is a PDF / .DOC of your current job description and also your payscale and current pay before any stoppages. I know it's some personal information but I'm trying to gauge where I am at the moment.

I've been here 5 years and I am on Scale 6 in the Norfolk CC chart. Other positions I have seen in this area doing a role close to mine is SO1 to SO3. I do manage a budget and my technician as well.

I've got plenty of personal evidence to back up the work I do here, but I really need evidence to show that other people doing the same job as me are earning less, the same and also more than me. I can then work out an average.

My job description actually has me as an SO1 with other duties (pay grades) to be added to it. But I'm not on SO1.

    PM me any details please.

    Thanks in advance guys,

Here's Durham County support staff pay scales, I'm full-time on Point 15 after being here since July 2003. My JD hasn't been updated to reflect my responsibilities for over 2 years now though.
