Doesn't say if this is a junior role to some senior person - otherwise in this case I really do think the pay is too little to fulfil a serious support role to maintain that system. Unless the school are extremely lucky and happen across a suitably skilled person willing to work for peanuts. What do others think?

I have to agree with you here Mark. People are asking for all these skills at a relatively junior level yet don't seem to realize how much work most of us would have to put in to reach this standard.

Would think it is a junior role in which case pay is good for the area.

It is not essential that the applicant have this knowledge, but I would be suprised if someone had it all and was applying. Unless of course the pay was negotiable?

This role is just what I have been looking for in Nottingham. But the money is very poor even for a term time only position.

Plus I'm guessing it's Pro Rata? With the holidays off you're looking at what, £11-12K?

More than likely. Which is a shame. Schools are not gonna get the quality they need with wages like this.
