Am to revieve a job interview grilling over the phone tonight for a support role.

Any idea what questions im likely to be asked?

I suspect most of the questions and how they are "graded" will revolve around how you actually answer them. You will probably be asked to talk a user through a simple troubleshooting task or the like and the interviewer will be analysing your response. If they are really evil they may try and act very stupidly to see how you will react with less comptent users.
