Testing the waters here before the job is officially advertised. We will be looking to someone on as soon as possible. This is due to a member of ICT leaving.
Looking for someone with min 2-3 years experience of working in an IT Support role.
Working as part of a helpdesk team of 4 you will provide primarily 1st line support for staff and pupils. There will also be some 2nd line opportunities to assist the network manager and Senior ICT analyst in their duties.
Key skills: Windows 7, Microsoft office, Desktop PC Hardware, software deploy + troubleshooting, basic networking.
Desirable: Active Directory, Windows Server, HP switches, Apple Mac hardware and software.
