Senior Technical Helpdesk/Service Desk Officer – North High Wycombe
Outstanding technical support company with several hundred educational clients requires an experienced technical helpdesk operative to support networks, servers, desktops, broadband, wireless, information systems etc from a very busy service desk based North of High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire. You will have solid experience in technical support and be a strong team player, able to fit in quickly to an existing team, ideally you will have experience within an ITIL environment and be able to instil good practise and procedures in others.
£20+ depending on experience full-time
