You have to bear in mind that the title "ICT Technician" is used very broadly and the details of the role can vary signicantly from place to place.

The successful applicant at Bournside will be expected to work to a very high standard, be able to deal with a lot of complex systems and be able to manage on their own when the ICT Manager is either on holiday or otherwise unavailable.

It's a lot more than changing toners, resetting passwords and carrying out basic hardware repairs.
