Technical Services Manager – Central/East London – up to £45k
Responsible for the delivery of the internal technical support service to an award winning London Education Authority the ideal candidate for this role will provide technical support and design for a variety of technical solutions, provide business application management support in a data rich and multi-platform environment, help in the project management of complex information systems, assist with training documentation and delivery and implement back office policies and procedures, and manage a small team of 3 technicians. You will have a very strong mix of infrastructure technical knowledge including Microsoft server architecture (2012, 2008, active directory ad, exchange, office 365), Citrix, VMware ESXi, Cisco (ccna, ccnp, ccsp, ccdp, ccip) and SAN. Previous management experience is essential.
