SIMS Data Manager

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the SIMS Data Manager must be able to demonstrate a high level of ICT and administrative skills with the ability to manage data manipulation between various PC applications.


The main responsibilities include contributing to, or leading in-house training as required, to effectively manage the SIMS system, liaising with key SIMS users e.g. Office Manager, Attendance Officer, Cover Supervisor Manager, Exams Officer and staff, to build their knowledge and provide support. A key data management responsibility is to create and maintain assessment structures within Course Manager and provide data for key users. The role requires someone who must be able to work under pressure, prioritising and managing expectations and have good interpersonal skills.
