ICT Technician – Help Desk Support
Full-Time or Term Time Only 35hrs pw
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE (Pro Rata)

We have been steadily expanding built upon our reputation for a personal approach to IT support. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team of technicians with years of experience working within the education sector.
An opportunity has arisen within our company for several experienced ICT Technician – Help Desk Support personnel. You will help support the ICT infrastructure of our education sector clients by administering support for servers, desktops, LAN and WAN equipment, mainstream educational software and MIS database software at the client site, as well as working in our offices helping to support clients via our Help Desk facility with remote access.
You will receive in service training for specific software applications appropriate to the role, and encouraged to develop professionally through formal and informal training.
