Customer Service Manager required for large PLC supplying Management Information Solutions for Schools and Local Authorities in the North of England. You will be responsible for service meetings with customers, advising schools to maximise utilisation of the MIS software, sharing of customer knowledge in business areas and maximising sales opportunities. To do this you will be required to deliver presentations/updates, travel to individual schools, produce a monthly report, keep records of contact with customers and maintain knowledge and understanding of products and services. You will need knowledge of schools’ MIS system, SIMS… good communication and presenting skills and experience in the education market. This opportunity is paying between £28-£35k plus a car.
