Is the 16,104 the actual salary the successful candidate can expect to earn or is 16,104/52*43.3 ish?

I ask because jobs up here are advertised at the salary if you worked full year and therefore term-time only posts end up earning less than the headline advertistment.

    regards

In a 52 week year, yes, but this is a 38 week year

That being said, I get it at £11.45 - will you pay me the extra 8p an hour personally if I get the job?

I would still apply. Experience over qualifications would be beneficial.

Can I remind people that the jobs forum is not for discussions. Questions about the job should go by PM to OP. Other discussion requires a new thread.
