ICT Support Officer
Salary: £19,210 – £21,415
Hours of work: 37 hours per week – Full Time / Permanent

Location: Based At Council Offices Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey
A Support analyst is required to work as part of a technical service desk team and provide support for hardware, software, printers and network connections to a number of offices. With excellent customer facing skills and an enthusiastic approach, the candidate will possess a well balanced mix of practical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, creativity, good analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A full driving licence will be required for occasional travel to other sites.
Main responsibilities include providing a central point of contact to receive questions, enquiries, requests and incidents from users. Deal with incidents using the ICT Helpdesk tools, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained, actioned appropriately and in a timely manner.
