Based at Future House

As part of the Service Desk team, providing first and second-line IT support services to schools and Future House staff. Using a wide range of systems, applications and centrally supported facilities.
• Able to deal with internal and external customers both face to face and over the telephone
• Strong customer focus and highly-developed customer awareness
• Good working knowledge and understanding of current PC operating systems particularly Windows XP/7
• Ability to quickly and effectively solve technical and other work related problems in a logical and methodical manner
