What do you have to loose?Go for it! If it turns out its not for you at interview then you can always say No

As a starting point for an ICT Director of a small trust it is not too bad ... you just need to have a clause in there to cater for expansion and managing of increasingly large teams. Remember that you will be dealing with a wide range of things, have to have a good grasp of procurement / business processes / etc and and be prepared to delegate.
I thought this looked like an attractive post until I understood the size of the trust and expansion plans, if someone goes for this and you can't get the increase with the expansion, atleast look at it as experience and you'll be able to get something similar elsewhere![]()

If it was in my neck of the woods I would probably go for it, if nothing else because the Outwood Grange lot are a pretty good bunch and tend to have their head screwed on. I went up to visit the original school a few years back and it was working out pretty well ... even though the Head had had to make some major culls on staff and resources.
Peoples opions can differ greatly, I guess, I've not known them now in quite a few years, but I know a lot of current staff.
