Software Trainer required to work for market leading school software company involved in the latest cutting edge technologies. You will be required to deliver bespoke application training via telephone, 1 to 1, online, remotely, classroom lead to an extensive customer base of schools, local authorities and private companies across the UK and internationally. You must have proven experience as a successful software / IT trainer, to both technical and functional delegates with fantastic teaching and coaching skills. You must also be comfortable with understanding new applications and good understanding of web technologies like c# and .net and hardware like Ipad’s, Iphones, android, handheld devices etc. Main accountabilities - Developing the company’s training delivery strategy, planning and implementation. Working with the product development & support teams to provide hands on functional testing, based on customer training experience. Developing accurate and clear training materials / videos and performing needs analysis to identify gaps. The successful applicant will most likely be an experienced IT Support trainer / tester with knowledge of the UK education sector (eg education mis like sims, cmis and vle/mle products like fronter, frog etc) , looking for a new challenge and the freedom and responsibility that come with working in a small, but rapidly growing and highly successful company.
Location – Essex/East London borders (accessible via central line, M11, M25)
Salary - £25-30k neg dependent on experience + benefits inc pension, health, death in service, annual bonus etc.
