A leading software/VLE/Learning platform provider with a new contract to supply learning platforms across Wales requires a helpdesk analyst to log calls, close calls or escalate to the appropriate support teams, manage customer interactions, seek solutions to 1st Line problems, understand and meet SLA’s, help with documentation and find solutions to new problems as they arise.
You must speak fluent Welsh to apply for this role, you must also have excellent comms skills and have an interest or experience in IT, Software or Learning Platforms
It would also be advantageous to have knowledge or experience of Sharepoint 2010, Office 2010, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, HTML, CSS, Web Design or technologies
£18-20K based, easily accessible from M25 and M1
