Our client requires an immediately available education experienced engineer with a car and clean crb to assist in a project to migrate schools from one ISP provider to another. Being field based you will be tasked with helping schools ensure that connectivity is maintained throughout all ict suites etc. You will need to manage incidents as they occur whilst providing a high level of customer support throughout. Additionally you will be required to assist with general education ICT problems and a knowledge of Windows Server 200, 2003, sims, ict, vle, whiteboards, iwb’s, exchange, active directory, ISA, Firewalls, XP, Routers and switches etc would be highly advantageous
