This is a challenging and varied position requiring a leader who is not only able to organise and run a small team of skilled support personnel but is also able to provide the necessary IT skills to support basic desktops through to backend servers and core network infrastructure. In co-operation with the Director of Learning Technologies, the Senior IT Manager will bring Thomas's to the forefront of technology by providing outstanding teaching and learning systems for the benefit of staff and pupils.

• Technical team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Extensive knowledge of all mainstream Windows Server and Workstation editions
• Core network infrastructure management and development
• Previous experience of school networks is highly desirable but not essential
Thomas's London Day Schools is a group of leading preparatory schools in London. The schools are self-supporting, independent day schools for girls and boys, offering education to 1,950 pupils between the ages of two and a half and thirteen within central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the vision, drive and passion to be a key driving force in the future of IT at Thomas's London Day Schools.
