Netsweeper Engineer
Netsweeper are looking for a UK support manager to look after our existing UK clients who include RBC's, LA's and schools + new customers of all shapes and sizes.
As the most BECTA accredited supplier of web filtering to the educational market we are keen to find a person with existing experience of support at either an RBC, LA , FE college or large school.
Networking experience (architecture and design) is essential as is exp of: Linux and Windows Servers, Red Hat and Fedora, Exposure to f/w, Routers, Switches and other network devices (configuration and administration) is preferred. Must be able to work independent as well as be part of a larger team and be able to under go training and report to Canadian HQ regularly.
Must be able to travel and visit customers on-site. Must support current sales process with technical know-how and have the ability to learn new technologies rapidly. Must be familiar with Internet technologies and how they apply to networks and systems.
