1c1n (one county, one network)
I'm just after some thoughts and opinions on the 1 county 1 network service. I'm personally becoming quite disillusioned with the service what with regular internet and email routing dropouts, poor resolution response times, convoluted procedures for port changes and a general lack of urgency and/or understanding by the helpdesk.
At the moment we are yet again without email and have been for the past 3 days with no estimated resolution to the problem. Dependent on the replies I receive I may be seeking alternatives. 1C1N - Cheap, yes - Effective, no!
