Not in Lincoln, but just outside and on LSN without any issues. We do use our own proxy setup though.

    19ms, 47.72Mbps down, 25.62 Mbps up

There was an all-schools mailing from Mouchel today along a similar theme.

What size school are you @mgothorp and what speeds did you used to get?

    I'm guessing you're a secondary school and have a 40Mbit Fibre connection?

We had slow issues as well with the school proxy. I used to have contact with a chap at county and did a lot of testing for him for netsweeper - unfortunately he left and only since then the internet performance has degraded! The real reason is probably due to schools streaming if they can dedicate their time for a whole week and then say the issue appears to have improved. They never like to give a reason why!!
