A follow up note for IT Support Providers.
Can you please make sure you familiarise yourselves with the materials from The FITS Foundation, The FITS Foundation - Professional qualifications and support for ICT staff within education , prior to the meeting, as well as bringing along any standard documentation you use within your schools.
