Some more info about the meeting

The agenda item on FITS v2 will be delivered by Steve Butler from Becta and will introduce the new materials, the new training courses and linked accreditation / qualifications.

The open discussion session (from 3-4pm) will be a chance for people to find out more information about it all as well as chat with NEOS IT, our chosen training provider for FITS accreditation / qualifications. If you wish to stay on for further discussions, to learn more about training, joining a stakeholder group and what changes it could bring to Northants please let me know ASAP.

Pity, this was one meeting I would have loved to go on (however I'm in Southampton with the Data/Sims Manager) mainly due to FITS and the certification/accredition, something I'm really interested in.
