Same here. I can connect remotely to my PC via LogMeIn, but can't access any websites. Very strange!

In the last hour it's been up and down a few times. Think they're having a few issues. But of course, as usual, their service status says everything's perfect. It used to change nearly instantly or report on their site after any problems, for some odd, inconceivable reason these days ignorance is bliss.

Tell me about it. We think we've just about nailed everything we need to, SCCM working wonders etc but another 6 weeks for testing and of course some time off wouldn't go amiss for any of us!

Yes, not a peep out of EMBC, not even an automated "we've got your mail" reply. (via email as I'm at home)

To be fair I can't really fault EMBC for uptime, reliability etc. I will reserve judgement on how it's been since Capita tightened their reigns on it, but beforehand service, customer support etc was absolutely top notch. Assuming something big went pop though; maybe being a little bit bitchy (this is me after all) but perhaps Capita's hamsters went on strike with low moral and crap conditions like ITS
