But it's built into Windows group policy so they can't even logon unless they Ok the message.
It can be found here.
Policyname\computer config\security settings\local policies\security options\interactive logon:Message text for users attempting to logon

But there's no way of a Yes/No with that is there - plus you cant log with that whether they agree or not (tho I know, you could word it "by logging on to the system, you agree..."
)
I'm sure thats what I've used a while back with 98 and that you have to click OK to bring up the User/pass/domain logon screen.
Of course, it may end up being left at the username/password part so when the next user comes along, they dont agree to anything (as they havent seen it).
Overboard? - most probably lol - The little program does look good tho

You simply begin the text in the box with 'By clicking on the OK button you agree to...etc'
This will cover you as the act of clicking 'OK' signifies agreement.

Is there a way to utilise this with a JPEG. At logon I want to be able to put an illustration.
