Link: SlimDrivers [Automated Driver Updates] - Coming Soon

Although the website says 'Coming Soon' the beta is available now. I have been testing it on my work XP machine and it seems to pretty thorough to me. However a word of caution: I know if I break this machine I can re-image it and it should work again. I won't be using this on my home machine just yet.

All good so far though. Comparing this with other 'automatic' driver updates this one wins hands down. Although it is a bit annoying on how you have no choice but to restart after the install of each driver install/update.

I felt disinclined to name them on Edugeek, and I still do, in case some or all might have sponsorship tie-ins with Edugeek.

That aside I do not wish to post negative content about specific suppliers based only on personal preference/impressions.

All I will say is this particular updater, even in its beta version, found fourteen updates for a station which in theory is already fully up-to-date.
