This is from their Terms Of Use so I couldn't imagine a school been turned down

5th July 2010, 12:17 PM #9 I've been in touch with Photobie (a guy called Cheng) and he has confirmed that Photobie is free for Educational purposes and establishments. More interestingly he also stated that it could be used within schools to produce non-comercial and comercial images! All that they ask is that you subscribe to their forums.
If anyone wants more details just pm me.
