Ah. That's because of Apache and IIS do the same thing - serve web pages, and on the same TCP port (80). If one service has opened the port, another cannot use the same one.
If you don't use IIS, just disable it. If you do, then you will need to run Apache on another port (81 for example) but all URLs to it will have to be http://hostname:81/ for example.

Re: Room Booking Database/Web based (.asp)
Hi Guys,
I've got Webmans CRBS system installed on a 2k3 Server with WAMP and it seems to be running fine however I am having issues with the uploads. Everytime I create a room or add the School logo I get the error:
"The upload path does not appear to be valid."
Because I am using WAMP I assume I dont have to chmod the directory's? I have also allowed "System" and "everyone" Full Access over the Wamp\www directory.
Can anyone offer any assistance on this?
Cheers guys.

I have now done this as a fresh install on another server and am getting the same error  i have been through the notes and followed them to the letter and i have given everyone and system full control over the Wamp folder on the root of the C drive.

Re: Room Booking Database/Web based (.asp)
webman does your version work off the NOVA-t SIMS timetables?

Unfortunately it does not. This is due to Capita/SIMS not providing a reliable, free, or adequate method of data extraction that I would be able to use (eg. web services).

Hi Guys
I have downloaded webman's online booking system and installed it on 2003 server running iis6.
I followed the online help from the Devizes website but when I go to test the system online I am prompted to enter my user name and password (looks like the standard network logon prompt) and then get a page not found.
Any ideas?
Thanks
