(Note: i've only looked at the online demo, so if it's possible to change the theme in the free version then disregard this comment!

They are the same versions. The links go to two different localized distributors for better localized support and attention

26th November 2008, 06:32 PM #8 Ok... question for you..
What would I be looking at if I wanted to install this for a set of schools given that I'm a third party self-employed tech? Would I still be covered by the license or would I need to pay something?
Also, are schools going to be expected to pay in the future? If so, when?
Cheers...

26th November 2008, 06:43 PM #9 This free 1 Tech lite edition allows you to support as many clients as you need as long as you only require 1 Technician to support them. So you can use this across any number of schools!
You only pay for the software if you need more than 1 Tech, and even then the pricing is very reasonable. There are two editions - Lite and Pro depending on what feature set you need. This free edition uses the Lite functionality.
As for Schools buying the Lite/Pro software, if they require more than 1 Tech there are some great educational discounts available!

26th November 2008, 06:45 PM #10 I've just downloaded and installed this. It says 30 days remaining in trial period at the login screen. I downloaded from the page the registration sends you. What gives?
When i log in, at the top of the screen is lite and pro with 30 days remaining in trial period next to them. What do i do now? Is it going to expire. I have looked for the free download but cannot find it anywhere on your site. I followed the link in the first post and then clicked on the big FREE image on your site.

You will receive a non-expiring license key for the free edition typically within a business day or two via the email address you submitted. Once inputted into the help desk software, the 30 day bit and Pro to Lite switch will be sorted.
